Our goal is to create an experience for guests that combines the intimacy of a villa vacation with the service of a boutique hotel. You can rent a room at the Estate House, or rent the entire villa for ultimate privacy.
What is Included
All villa rates below include 3 home cooked meals a day. We take pride in serving authentic Jamaican dishes made from fresh local produce, fish and meat. Once you have made your reservation we will create a menu plan just for you. Your meal plan also includes the option to have lunch or dinner in Robins Bay at a local fish restaurant or at the beach. We work closely with community partners to offer you a range of authentic and tasty options. You can check out our menu to see what delicious Jamaican fare is available.
Renting the villa gives you exclusive use of the house and its amenities such as the pool and tennis court. You will find the Estate House to be a private and intimate setting with friendly staff to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Rose and Tania will cook and serve you, while they ensure the house is kept tidy and comfortable. Our team is always willing to help you plan outings or excursions, as they enthusiastically share the history and unique workings of the Estate.

Weekly Rates:
$3,250 US weekly for 2 persons
$3,370 US weekly for 4 persons
$3,800 US weekly for 6 persons
$4,170 US weekly for 8 persons
Nightly Rates:
$470 US per night for 2 persons
$500 US per night for 4 persons
$565 US per night for 6 persons
$625 US per night for 8 persons
Estate House Room Rate:
$260 US per night for 2 persons

Weekly rentals require a 30% deposit to hold your reservation, and 5 nights or less require a 1 night deposit. Standard Cancellation policy is 14 days notice in the summer (June-October) and 21 days in winter (November-May). All rental cancellations that are not within the time frame above will forfeit their deposit.
